convenient location easy access kitchen amenities short walk
The location is great, very close to public transport. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. I found a fridge, stovetop, and microwave in the kitchen. A tram stop is within 5 minutes for easy access to the city.
I noticed the room could benefit from a bit more sound insulation.

unfriendly staff extra fee
the location was acceptable, with grocery stores and public transportation within walking distance.
the staff seemed unhappy when i requested a room change because the air conditioning was too strong. one staff member said i would need to pay extra if there were any further issues. this was quite rude.

I appreciated the well-organized and secure facilities. Rooms were spotlessly CLEAN. Helpful detailing enhanced the use of the apartment's cooking area. Kitchen roll, wash up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, and dustbin bags were all provided.
Sound insulation WASN'T that good, i could hear most of my neighbors very well.

good apartment stay
perfect infrastructure kind staff big room good breakfast
location was good and infrastructure near was almost perfect. it take 30 minutes to the city center afoot. there are a lot of eateries and even supermarket nearby. staff were kind. room was big. breakfast bag contained two breads. breakfast bag contained yoghurt.
cleanliness is not good. there were hair in our towels. there was crumbs everywhere. the rooms are not soundproof, you can hear loud noises.

wonderful quiet getaway
big bathroom kitchen space
the room was quiet, and it had a big bathroom. a kitchen space was also included in the room, convenient because stores are nearby. public transportation was easily accessible!
The pillows were the worst i have ever slept on. I barely slept at all because of how uncomfortable they were. my neck was sore the next day.

the superior apartment provided ample space. it included a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. a lidl and coop supermarket were conveniently located nearby.
sound insulation was not perfect, and i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

clean apartment spacious room kitchen utensils unfriendly staff wornout bed missing air conditioning
i found the apartment very clean, a detail i always appreciate. it was also quite spacious. plus, the kitchen had all the utensils i needed, super handy for preparing some meals.
The reception staff were a bit unfriendly. I didn't feel very welcomed! also, the beds felt somewhat worn out. there was no air conditioning either, so controlling the room temperature was difficult.
